EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Brian is eager to learn, grow and showcase all things artistic. His knowledge of trending art—whether it be music, visual arts or performance—is full of passion.

Brian doesn’t just produce art—he lives it. Brian brings a perfect combination of artistic knowledge, social and interpersonal skills, and management to the position. As executive director, Brian has elevated SLCA’s visibility in the greater Capital Region community, strengthened its funding streams, and attracted new artists, volunteers and staff members to SLCA.

Brian holds a B.A. in theater arts from The Sage Colleges, where he graduated cum laude.

ASSISTANT TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Pat has served SLCA as both a volunteer and as a board member, serving one term as secretary and one as treasurer.

Pat has since taken the reins of the SLCA office with strong knowledge of the arts and SLCA as well as excellent administrative skills. She brings a work background of 31 years as a principal insurance examiner for the state of New York. Pat is creating systems and procedures that will endure beyond her tenure.

DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Susanne has many years of professional experience in non-profit management, event planning, committee development, volunteer management and fundraising.

She served on the board at Sand Lake Center for the Arts for 12 years, including a three-year term as president. She continues to volunteer at SLCA in several capacities. Her extensive professional experience and familiarity with SLCA and the community makes her an excellent fit to serve in this role.
